About me

Hi everyone, I am Richard Baltrusch, a German game dev mainly interested in 2D platformers, roguelikes, and bullet hell games.

My first game, Bullet Sudoku, is coming to itch.io and Steam soon™! A demo is available on itch.io here.

Bullet Sudoku

Bullet Sudoku is a 2D top-down puzzle platformer roguelike, in which you navigate a procedurally generated sudoku-shaped dungeon of 81 rooms in 9 difficulties.

Clear rooms by weaving through the bullet hell, collecting gems and buying power-ups!

Game jam submissions

In the meantime, I completed a couple game jam submissions, which you can check out here:

• Unicast Network Sim, a puzzle game in which you deliver network packets,
• Fungal Whimsy, a precision platformer in which you explore a dense mushroom forest,
• Myrkur, a game in which you explore a murky dungeon,
• Uncaved, a reverse dungeon-exploring game where you play as a cave full of traps.

Future games

I am currently working on another puzzle platformer (think Celeste but more forgiving), and a stock market simulator. Stay tuned!
